It gets how cold?

Today in Ottawa I can say we offically got snow. It did not last long, but you can smell Winter in the air.

I just saw this picture and it reminded me just how cold it is going to get. Now I know why I love San Diego so much...

  Ticket machines at the parking lot need to wear jackets in winter!!!
